GENERAL FAQs

How many prints are in stock?

Unless the listing states it's a limited edition print, I print all the prints on my store at home, therefore meaning I have endless stock on my prints. I list a set amount on my store, if a non-limited edition print is labeled as "sold out" then I've probably missed that and need to update it, so don't hesitate to contact me!

Do you offers custom prints and tattoo designs?

Yes! I offer custom flash sheets, tattoos and branding (logos, business cards, stamps and stickers). Please see my separate page "Commission Information" for full information, process and prices.

Do you allow your work to get tattooed?

Yes I do allow my work to be tattooed, as long as you pay me for the design. I charge £20 per design to be tattooed. If you are getting a custom flash sheet or tattoo design, you do NOT have to pay more for the design to be tattooed. If you buy the flash sheet with the design on that you want, then you still will have to pay for the design to be tattooed. If you don't pay me for my work then that is straight up stealing my work, which I work extremely hard on creating. So please don't be that person, stealing isn't cool.


SHIPPING

What are the shipping prices for print orders?

Shipping within the UK is £1 and sent 1st Class. All international orders are £10 as they are sent Internationally Tracked. Print bundle order shipping costs more for the UK at £2, due to the increased weight, which affects the cost.

Why is international shipping so expensive?

I only ever send international orders via Royal Mail International Tracked. I do not offer a cheaper standard shipping as I cannot track the order. If an issue arises with an order I always want to know where the issue is so I can assess the situation and give you information regarding your order. This shipping I chose also covers the full compensation, which then allows me to offer refunds without being out of pocket.

How can I track my order?

Once each order is shipped (international only), you will be given a tracking number, please go to https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/and enter your tracking number. Once it has left the UK, you can then click a button below the general tracking on the Royal Mail site, which will then take you to your country's postal service tracking webpage.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

Most UK orders can take 2-4 working days via 1st Class shipping. If you are a UK customer and have issues with your order not arriving within a week of shipping, please contact me. Most international orders can take around 3-4 weeks to arrive, these times can be drastically longer, so please be patient and check the tracker before contacting me. The tracker may not move for a few days as it may be in transit. If the tracker has not moved or progressed within 2 weeks, then please contact me and I'll look into it. These are rough guidelines of how long an order can get to you, I am not responsible for it taking longer than the timescale guesses provided.

Please be patient with your orders and shipping times, once it leaves my hands I have zero control on how fast it gets to you. With the added limitations from COVID-19, please be extra patient! I do not take responsibility for delays and will not offer a refund if your order doesn't get to you within these rough shipping guidelines. Once you order from my store, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions.

My order is being returned to you, I still want the order, do I have to pay shipping again?

Yes, you will have to pay shipping again, as this will make me out of pocket and spending extra money on an issue that is out of my hands and not my responsibility. If this issue occurs to you then please contact me.


REFUND POLICIES

Do you offer refunds for late orders?

I do not offer refunds on order that may have taken a while to get to you, as I have stated, I have absolutely no control on the timescale. 

Do you offer refunds for lost orders?

I offer refunds on lost orders so long as I have successfully reported the order as lost and I have received the compensation from Royal Mail. This may take a while, so be patient as I contact the postal service to fix this issue.

Do you offer refunds for cancelations?

I do not offer refunds on orders you want cancelled, unless there is a solid reason with sufficient evidence, then I do not offer money back.

What is your policy with customs and import taxes?

All buyers are responsible for any charges on customs or import taxes that may apply. I am also not responsible for any delays that may occur due to customs.


If you are sending your order back for a refund you MUST send it in it’s original packaging and send everything back to me for the full refund.


I do NOT accept responsibility for late, delayed or damaged deliveries as this is out of my hands. However, if you have an issues with any of these policies or your order, then do not hesitate to contact me.
